Caring for our mental health is the single most important task we do each day. It takes a great deal of courage to acknowledge when help is needed and to seek it out. I work with the hope that out of suffering, goodness can flourish; that every client I work with, while using me as a guide, has the capacity to walk their own path to recovery. My goal is to encourage every client to believe in their worth, know their capacity for change and feel so empowered that they are indeed able to make that change. I have worked with clients from all walks of life, all age groups, using several psychotherapeutic disciplines over a multitude of difficulties for fifteen years. I have enormous respect for each of my clients, for their courage and resilience and feel inspired by the progress they make each day towards recovery.
